Political Cartoons and Visual Art:

  • Art can be hand drawn or use digital illustration tools (except for A.I.)

  • Submissions should be either in JPG, PNG, or PDF format.

  • Cartoons should be easily readable on mobile devices and be printable on 11 in x 8.5 pages or smaller.

Video clips:

  • Videos must be 90 seconds or shorter in length.  

  • Maximum file size is 20 MB. 

  • Files should be submitted as either mp4, m4v, or mov format.
